VDM and Portable
Controversial singer, Portable, has mocked social media critic, VeryDarkMan after the latter suggested featuring him in a diss track aimed at gospel artist Mercy Chinwo.
This follows Mercy Chinwo’s ₦1.1 billion defamation lawsuit against VeryDarkMan.
In a video shared on his Instagram page on Friday, VeryDarkMan revealed plans for the diss track, inviting his fans to suggest a musician to feature in the teaser.
He specified that the artist should have “deep spiritual growth” and mentioned Portable, citing his “spiritual depth” as the reason for wanting him on the track.
Reacting to the claim on his Instagram page on Saturday, Portable disassociated himself from the controversy and advised VeryDarkMan to stop making defamatory statements online.
He said, “Very the dark brain, stop talking about me. You defame people online, everyone with grace, by coming for everyone. You are saying you will feature me, do you have ₦100M?”
Portable’s reaction has sparked discussions online, with many applauding him for steering clear of the drama.
