Akokoland Must Prioritize Security, Rise Above Religious Differences *by F.E. Bamiduro

Akoko people must set aside religious and other differences and focus on the collective security of the entire Akoko land.
Our traditional rulers, local government chairmen, and all political leaders within Akoko must be very careful and be proactive when it comes to security.
F.E. Bamiduro
We must not allow what recently happened in Kwara State, where many innocent lives were lost to violent attacks by religious extremists to repeat itself in Akoko land.
As we all know, Kwara State is very close to Kogi State, and Kogi shares proximity with Akoko. What happened in Kwara should not be taken lightly. It should be seen as a warning, a possible test run of what could spread if proactive measures are not taken.
Therefore, our leaders in Akoko must urgently engage with the Amotekun Corps and other security agencies to strengthen their operations, tighten security, and block any loopholes that criminal elements could exploit.
The danger is close. I have written about this before, and I will continue to raise this concern because security is everyone’s responsibility.
Let us all play our roles, leaders, and citizens alike, to safeguard the lives, properties, and future of Akoko land.
Security is not optional. It is a necessity.
I, Pastor F.E. Bamiduro will not sit in Lagos and watch Akoko set ablaze. The safety of our people shall always be my major concern.
Let us watch out ooooo. The enemies are at the door. God bless Akoko kingdom. God bless Nigeria.
